Title: Sakura Girls seen from Yui★again

Hello♪ It's Yui☆

This time, I want to introduce Moa, Hana and Yunano as Yui see them!!

First, Yunano.

She is known to 'spit venom', but I sometimes saw her apologizing to lectures "I'm sorry for saying too harsh things".
I think Yunano is the only person who can play a part of Talk-chairperson this year. She always can pick up on something☆ Yunano joined Sakura Gakuin when she was 1st grade of middle school, so she has been Sakura girl two years shorter than Yui. But she is very reliable.

Next, Hana.

Since when we turned seniors, we come to consult each other, or talked about Sakura Gakuin. I could realize a lot of Hana. Hana is not good at expressing herself, but seeing her trying her best at open-
classes, I was struck with awe to her. Hana is always modest and temperate, just as Hana on stage.lol

Finally, Moa.

Moa is considerate, good at reading between the lines, and make us laugh all the time. Yui and Moa had shared the time for so long. So I know many faces of Moa which she never shows to other people. And I think I can be this strong because we've been together. I hope we can keep laughing, and stimulating each other✿

This year, four of us have lead Sakura Gakuin. Sometimes, our efforts failed to show results. But now we've overcome such spinning wheels, and I can safely say "I'm glad to be a colleague of you✿"
On 26th and 29th of March, 10 of us surely will make a special stage which only Sakura Gakuin-now can make.

Title: RTG 2014 ～Be ambitious, Memorial Summit～

Well, finally, It's time to start "The Road to Graduation 2014 ～Be ambitious, Memorial Summit～" at O-EAST :D ♥❤

We began to have all-standing concerts when Su-chan was the president because of her hope to 'feel the audience closer'♪

The graduation ceremony (concert) will be all-seated, so, today, let's have a blast! Have Fun together!!!!

Title: Archaeology of Songs

Hello♪ It's Yui. :D
How was the open-class 'Archaeology of Songs'??
Since our first open-class event 'Open Campus'....how many times did I take open-classes?
This was the very last open-class for us seniors.

I had 'Archaeology of Songs' class three times. At the first time, Yui sang 'Smile Again' and at the 2nd time, 'See You Again'.

And this time...it was really hard to decide.
There were some candidates...behind the curtain, I wanna tell one of them especially for you. It's a song Yui knew from my mom, 'Remember' of Kazama Sisters.

Kazama Sisters are...I hear they are fictitious sisters in a TV drama 'Sukeban Deka', consist of Asaka Yui-san, Oonishi Yuka-san and Nakamura Yuma-san. They sang a theme song for the drama.
Please pay attention to their names.

●Asaka Yui-san → The given-name sounds the same with Yui!
●Nakamura Yuma-san → Yuma(由真) has a same character with Yui(由結)!
●Oonishi Yuka-san → Yuka(結花) has a same character with Yui(由結)!

I felt an affinity because of their names, and also the lyric of the song is wonderful.
There were some other songs which I wanted to sing, But Yui decided the last song for my last 'Archaeology of songs' -- 'True Colors' of Cyndi Lauper-san.

When I told my famyly about my decision, I was told 'Isn't it too difficult to sing a cappella?' or 'I think you should rethink'. lol But, I think it's worthwhile to try the song because it is very difficult!
If you have not heard the song, please be sure to listen to 'True Colors'!

My mom had been to the open-class and said 'I couldn't see your writing on a large paper well'. So, I show you the photo of my writing of the lyric of 'True Colors'.(↓↓ See photos at the bottom)
I know my pronunciation was clumsy, but I sang from my heart. I'm happy if you could get my heart♥ I want to sing the song again, when I become more fluent in English.

This time, I dared not to talk about my love to Sakura Gakuin, in order to focus on 'Mizuno Yui in the future'♫ When I stated my thought at the end, I dared to be Tomato-kun because...if Yui herself had told something, she surely would have cryed. lol

The song was released before Yui was born. I rarely has a chance to listen to such old songs. Because of the 'Archaeology of Songs', Yui could know many wonderful songs. Yui will not take the open-class again, but I hope I would be able to listen to a variety of songs and would be able to feel several things.

I could learn several things which I had not known in each open-class. I really enjoyed them from my heart. I hope I can keep learning a lot, feeling a lot, and improving a lot♥

Title: Senpai

Good mornooning♥ It's Moa. :)
My last open-class ended. I feel somewhat hurt inside. In the class 'Archaeology of Songs', each member pick a song, study about the song by herself, present any findings and lastly, sing the song a cappella!!

I had prepared my presentation while visualizing what I hope to send to you. So, I could make my presentation looking at your face closely.

If you got what Moa wanted to send -- even a little bit of it -- I am happy♥♥ I believe my kouhais got it!!

And, Moa will treasure what I've got from kouhais forever. Thank you so much♥ :)
As of my singing a cappella....

I suddenly became really nervous, and started singing to find myself a bit off-key. I gradually adjusted and could sing exhilaratingly. But it was not a satisfactory performance. I felt frustrated thinking 'Oh, If I could have sung once more, I surely could have sung better...' But I know it's an afterthought.

We have only one chance to play in each open-class. We can't play one concert again! I realized again the importance of doing my very best with strong will in each single occasion, If I don't want to feel unsatisfactory. Every one of members felt that, didn't you? In the last two chances to play, let's do our best and show everything we've learned till now!! Let's send our whole hearts♥

Today, I want to write about my three senpais, three former presidents of student council, who taught important things to Moa and current members.

✿Muto Ayami-chan ('One-tan')

She has been always walking one or two steps (or more?) ahead of Moa, and has kept paving the way for kouhais. She is a hard worker, putting her all into her work. I can't help but respect One-tan.
'Enjoy yourself from your heart, that surely will make fans enjoy the show', One-tan told us several times. One-tan put much love in her doing and made us delighted♥ She is so short, and so energetic!! Regulations or customs can't stop her doing more than desired. Her sending MUCH LOVE to fans make Moa think it important to put love in my doing♪

✿Nakamoto Suzuka-chan (Suu-chan)

Suu-chan is Moa's comrade. A fellow-fighter always being next to me!!!
After the Festival of 2014nendo, Moa had a serious problem. Suu-chan, as the president, had have the same problem and told me her thought and feeling at that time. That gave me power. It's hard to stick to the ideal, and such attitude sometimes is not accepted. But, in the end, everything changes into good memories. So, take it easy and do what you think the best. Such words of Suu-chan made me relaxed -- 'Suu-chan also had the problem'♥
And Suu-chan also taught me the importance to send a song with heart♫

✿Horiuchi Marina-chan (Marina-chan, or Marippe)

Marina-chan is a bosom friend of Moa.

We are not of an age, but we are alike in way of thinking or taste, and have been having a LOT of talk. 'Ideal and reality', 'What we want to send', our dreams, anime things, and so on. We can talk on anything. We can share sadness and joy. By talking to Marina-chan, I feel as if a cloudy sky is cleared up! It's fun! At first, Marina-chan was quiet. But she tried to express herself in order to send the importance of bond. Such Marina-chan was so adorable♥ We are talking that we hope to do something together and send 'glitter' one day.....I believe it surely will come true♪

Title: Toyosu

Hello, it's Yui. :)

Thank you for coming to the open-class. And thank you for watching the open-class program on NicoNico-douga live streaming.

This time, we had the 'Study of Calligraphy'. At first, I wanted to show you 'cheerful Yui' and deliberately drew funny(?) words. But gradually I felt like to express myself, to show my inner voice.....and finally, I drew the word which has been always in my mind -- "Sakura Gakuin". The class ended so fast, but I could feel the passion of Yano-sensei to the calligraphy. The calligrph for Yano-sensei must be parallel of Sakura Gakuin for Yui. I felt happy to show you my Tomato-kun, and my passion to Sakura Gakuin.

And, we had a release event of 'Aogeba Tootoshi' at Lalaport Toyosu. Thank you for coming to see us. This time again, I made the setlist of the event.

From the opening, Mini-pati appeared! Every time we had an event at Lalaport Toyosu, we had an unveiling of a new song. This time, we unveiled Mini-pati song. How was that?

３. Heart no Hoshi

I hoped to change the atmosphere of the venue into 'Sakura-color' fast. So I picked this song which show 'Sakura Gakuin 2014nendo' fully.

４. Hello! IVY

In order to foster a sense of unity with Fukei-sans, and also with people who happened to see us casually, I chose this song with a choreo we play together with the audience. I was happy to see someone waved their hands. And the pink flags being waved were a spectacle.

５. Marshmallow irono Kimito

We unveiled Marshmallow at Lalaport Toyosu on 2012nendo. So I picked this song. It's really wonderful song and I was pleased to play it again.

６. Aogeba Tootoshi

It's the special-feature in this event. I was very pleased to hear your shout. I hope we could send the charm of this song to many people.

７. Jump up 〜Chiisana Yuuki〜

Last year, we planned release event for Jump up and it was cancelled because of heavy snow. So, as a revenge, I chose this song for the climax of the event. We played the song with thanks...hoping to send the hearts of four 2013nendo graduates to you.


The 1st part was cancelled due to heavy rain. We felt really sorry for letting you wait in cold place in vain. But we could play the 2nd part and I was heartily pleased to see you Fukei-sans♥

Good mornooning♥ It's Moa.
In my last diary, I asked about your hobby and so many Fukei-sans have commented that their hobbies are 'Sakura Gakuin'. I am very pleased!!! Thank you very much. Moa loves Sakura Gakuin like you too!!!!

There were few persons who have strange hobbies. Please cherish your individuality! Please trust your sense and keep loving us♥♥

BTW, Moa happened to remember a thing. I've been collecting -- rather, gathering almost unconsciously -- 'it' since I was a child. It is....Kewpie-chan♥ I've had no intention to collect it, but whenever I saw it, I felt it's too cute♥ and some of them became my children. The other day, I went to Okinawa as my graduation-trip and bought one again.

And one more thing I like is hoodies♥ And I love to wear a hood of a hoodie♥♥ Not only a hoodie, but any clothes with a hood somehow charm me.

Can I say this another hobby???

Recently, Yui read Sakura Gakuin diaries over again!!

So, this time, I want to introduce current girls as Yui see them★

Today, I introduce Aiko, Sara and Megu.
Megu is...
A person who challenge anything by herself without a fear. Yui is a kind of a person who think too much before challenging something...so, I admire such kouhai Megu!! But, sometimes, it happens Megu being timid. Just before a show, I saw Megu getting cold feet "Oh no...I can't do this". The other day, Megu gave me a letter and in it, I found Megu wrote "Yui-oneechan" and it made me really happy.

And Aiko.
Aiko has a confidence to express her own opinion. Such Aiko helped me mamy times. Aiko's performance is so good that I can't believe she is still an elementary schooler. Yui is really looking forward to seeing her performance as a senior of Sakura Gakuin. :D She usually pushes ahead confidently, but sometimes she consult me about her worries. And sometimes she wants to hold my hand...Aiko is a very cute baby.

Finally, Sara.
Sara has a good imagination and come up with unique idea. She usually seems to be absent-minded, but in fact she has a strong will. Yui and Sara often have fun with playing tsundere each other -- showing hostility intentionally and soon make up. lol But sometimes we have a serious talk. Sara ask me the knack of peformance or the way to practice, and she is doing her best in singing, dancing, MCing and everything.

Today, I introduced these three girls!!

There was an announcement four of us seniors had been to Okinawa for the shooting for the Graduation Photobook. :D

2015年第1弾LIVEが1月10日にさいたまスーパーアリーナで行われましたが、LIVEを終えた感想をお聞かせください。

はじめは海外で成長した姿をお客さんに見せなきゃいけないと少しプレッシャーを感じていたのですが、お客さんからたくさんのパワーをいただき、素 直に楽しかったDEATH ! 最後の曲中での2万人の合唱を聴いたとき、”まだ道は続いているんだな“と感じることができ、感動しました

Q: So your first Live performance of 2015 was held on January 10th at Saitama Super Arena, could you give us your post-show impressions? 

Su-metal: "At first we felt a bit of pressure as we thought we needed to show our fans how much we have grown through the experiences of performing overseas, but in fact because of the immense power we received from the fans in attendance it was really a lot of fun - Death! I was moved when the 20,000 fans sang the call back chorus with us near the end of the show and I felt, “The path we are on is still continuing”."

Title: Invitation to the Live-Viewing -- Our long-cherished dream

Hello♪ It's Yui. :)

I have a good news today☆ Our graduation concert on March 29 will be screened live!!

Those Fukei-sans who have not come to see us until now because they must travel a far distance, now will be able to see a concert of Sakura Gakuin at the same time. That makes me really, heartily, very happy.

It's a wonder that Yui will be shown on THAT HUGE screen of a theater...I've already been excited↑

Those Fukei-sans who couldn't get a ticket of the concert, local Fukei-sans, and those who have a little interest on Sakura Gakuin (but not still a fan of us) -- I hope to send our last show -- the culmination of 2014nendo Sakura Gakuin to more and more people♥

Title: My Hobby

When I read books, or when I study something, I sometimes stumble into an unknown word or find a meaning of a word uncertain. At the time, I used to ask my mom the meaning of the word. And then, my mom always tell me "Consult a dictionary!" So, in these days, I try to consult a dictionary or an electronic-dictionary. When I was younger, I had been yearning the 1st President of student council Ayami-chan who had carried an electronic-dictionary with her. And I got my electronic-dictionary as a gift when I entered junior-high school♪

At first, I was very happy to have it and often consulted it. But at the time I turned 2nd grade, I came to scarcely consult it.

Nowadays, I strive to consult dictionaries and happened to know something new, or to notice my misunderstanding!

Well, Moa had been wondering how to say when I was asked "What is your hobby?"... What is a "Hobby"?!?!?!

I knew the vague meaning of "Hobby". I understood it means something I love. But, there are so many things I love!? If I had to say everything I love, it would make very long list...

Can I say it my hobby to appriciate kawaiiness of girls? How about watching anime? eating? sleeping? playing a guitar? I also love to watch movies!!

What is the difference between "My hobby" and "What I'm into now"?

So, I consulted my dictionary for the meaning of "Hobby".
《Hobby》

1. an activity pursued repeatedly and habitually for pleasure or relaxation and not as a main occupation.
2. a sentiment or artistic charm of something.

When I am asked "What is your hobby?", the meaning of that hobby should be #1. So, "My hobby" can't be my occupation...then, can't I say "My hobby is to work!!"?
Repeatedly or habitually? Hmmm... I love to watch movies but I don't watch them so often. Also, I can't play 'Suku-Fesu'【game 'Love LIVE! School Idol Festival'】everyday. 'Something pursued habitually'.....is hard to think out!

OKay, 'what I'm doing repeatedly and habitually for pleasure' are...
・To eat ・To listen to music ・to brush my teeth That's all.
Oh!! besides, I look at girl-figures(dolls) everyday. I never miss to do it♫ Having delicious food make me happy. Music is always with me and give me power! I brush my teeth at least 4 times a day, for a long stretch of time!

When I was a child, I was into animal-dolls named 'Sylvanian Families' and I used to play with them. I also loved Licca-chan dolls. As I grew older, my belongings piled up in my room, and I had to let them go with a few exceptions...

Because of Love Live booming in me, I ended up being into girl-figures again! Getting some figures as a present made me fired up! Small figures are super kawaii in their small stature!! ♥♥
And bigger ones.....I hold them and enjoy low-angle views, or appreciate their detail from several angles. Sometimes I have fun letting them move, turning around or looking back...♥ My parents look at me playing and give a sigh "Oh, dear! What are you doing?" :D
