No. Suzuka Nakamoto does not have a boyfriend. But after scouring the depths of the internet, I found several pictures of Suzuka with a boy.
Even some of the Japanese fans are puzzled and didn't know who these people are and some even asked if anyone know these guys.

Well it turns out that Suzuka Nakamoto had joined a theater play and she had several male co-stars. If you look closely, Suzuka still has her mole which means this picture was taken before she entered Sakura Gakuin.
So Suzuka fans don't have to be alarmed. Japanese Idols are usually obliged by their talent agency to not have any relationships with guys until they finished the contract. Don't forget the fact that the Suzuka has an idol sister: Himeka Nakamoto from Nogizaka46.

So their parents definitely know how strict the Japanese Idol industry is. Not having any relationships may seem weird to a westerner's point of view but that is mainly one of Japan's cultural difference with the west.
